No, the training program is intended to be completed by beginners and professionals, men and women, anywhere (at home, outdoors, or at the gym) without equipment. However, we recommend the use of a yoga mat.

Your first workout will take place within 24 hours after you log in to the app for the first time. Plus, you have 7 days after you pay to log in for the first time. This means that you should choose carefully when you want to start your training program. These limits help keep you motivated. Each training day begins at midnight and you have until 11:59 p.m. to complete it.

The training program always consists of four to five training days per week. The remaining days are rest days, which serve for recovery and regeneration.

To win the fitness bet, you must train 4 to 5 days per week for 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your chosen period. If you miss a training day, you can reactivate the fitness bet at any time without having to pay again. You then simply start again at day 1 and will need a total of 3, 6, or 12 months of successful training, depending on your chosen period, to win the bet and receive the payout.

If you get sick or are prevented from attending, you can simply pause the fitness bet in the app without losing all your progress. Your current month will be reset and you will restart at day 1 after the pause.

Yes, the training program was specially designed so that advanced exercises such as push-ups, burpees, etc., do not occur during the first levels. Levels are selected at the beginning and can be changed at any time, even after activation. Level 1 is suitable for individuals who have not done any fitness training for a long period of time. Professional athletes start at level 5.

We have developed an intelligent verification algorithm to detect cheaters. It recognizes whether the training is actually completed. Your training times will be compared with those of other training days and other users and then statistically evaluated. If the algorithm detects large anomalies in your training performance that clearly indicate cheating, the reward payment will not be approved. Don’t worry. If you actually complete a training session, it counts the training day. Minor irregularities, such as a longer break during training because of an important phone call, are statistically eliminated because every training unit is evaluated. So, days on which you train are always marked as “successfully completed.” Our support team is always ready to help with any problems.

You will receive the payout as a reward once you have completed the disciplined training four to five times a week for at least 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your chosen period. If you extend your bet, your payout will increase up to a maximum of $1,000.
